We had to pass by the "Palace of Parliament" almost every day to get to our hotel. This massive structure is large and mostly unused. After the fall of communism in 1989 this building was still under construction. They wanted to tear it down, but it would have cost more to tear down than complete.

This was right before the torrential downpour. It's the Hollywood sign for Brasov, Romania, in a communist-looking font.

(i did try to determine what font it was using whatthefont.com, but the closest it got was "Hector", which isn't quite right)
